Calm Water Ripples

Fiona's Testimonial

"I had the opportunity to join one of Jill's well-being courses.

Although I consider myself totally without any artistic talent, and hadn’t done anything remotely art-based since leaving primary school, I thoroughly enjoyed working with the different media.

But most of all, I enjoyed meeting the other people; some older some younger than me, from various backgrounds and with varying life experiences.

We talked about the serious stuff in life and what is happening in the world, but we also laughed a lot.

Being a part-time carer and working leaves little time for me.

In this small friendly group, I felt not only that I connected with others, who I might not ordinarily rub shoulders with,

but I reconnected with myself."

John's Testimonial

"I took the course as I was interested in exploring creative expression in its various forms, as I usually express myself in words alone. It was genuinely delightful, liberating and illuminating to discover that I am capable of communicating through paint, pencils, clay and collages.

Writing is often a solitary pursuit, so it was particularly enjoyable to connect and communicate with others on the course, in a non-judgmental, supportive and empathetic environment.

The course surprised me in many ways, and I feel more aware of my capabilities than before, and more willing to consider new ways to express myself.

I'd recommend it if you're keen to unlock some untapped personal potential!"

Rainbow Amid Clouds

The University of West London's Testimonial

‘We invited Jill to deliver a Vision Boarding workshop at the University of West London for students of all ages for wellbeing purposes. Students found the workshop valuable and creative with a range of positive feedback.  Jill made the students feel at ease and comfortable to participate.

Students left feeling more confident, connected, and inspired with practical wellbeing tools and a clear visual of their goals to take home with them!  The session facilitated deep conversations on wellbeing and self-awareness, and designing personalised vision boards: the energy was all about growth, positivity, and community, which are all-important themes for student engagement.’

Student Feedback

It was a great way for students to come together, relax, and just talk about anything. It gave us a chance to step away from work and studies and focus on ourselves. It was also a good opportunity to reflect, think about personal growth, and consider what we can improve over time.

Students could take time to think about themselves and create a vision of what they want for their future. It allowed us to pause and reflect on the career we want to pursue and how we can become a better version of ourselves.

It was a good opportunity to share our situations with others, where we might find support or even solutions through conversation. The atmosphere was really nice and comfortable, which made it easier for people to open up and connect.

The highlight of the session was seeing everyone work together. Seeing students from different backgrounds come together and collaborate was something truly rare and special to witness, and I was really happy to contribute.
