1. Changing Your Mind

​

If you pay for a course of workshops online and simply change your mind, you have a legal right to cancel.

Workshop/Course Bookings (Services):

• Cancellations made 5 working days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund or option to rebook.

• Cancellations made less than 5 working days before the workshop are non-refundable, but you may send someone else in your place. You must provide the substitute person’s details as set out on the booking form.

• We do not offer refunds for late attendance or missed classes.​

2. If We Need To Cancel A Class

 

• In the rare event that a workshop needs to be cancelled, we will always try to give you as much advance notice as possible.

• If we need to cancel a workshop, a pro rata refund will be issued for the cancelled workshop.
