Relaxing, friendly and creative workshops - for adults - that build connection. As participants are guided through a range of creative activities, they listen actively and are encouraged to share their thoughts and ideas. No artistic prowess is necessary, just bring an enthusiasm to take part and an openness to meet, talk and listen to new people.
